Customer Service
The Running Springs Water District provides water, sewer, fire protection and emergency medical services to residents or Running Springs. The District Customer Service staff is available to assist customers in establishing services and to respond to any questions or concerns customers may have regarding these services.

Our District office location is 31242 Hilltop Blvd. (Highway 18) in Running Springs, next to the California Highway Patrol Station. The Running Springs Fire Department Station 51 is located next door to the District office.
For water and sewer service information, please visit the District office. For non-emergency fire protection and emergency medical service information, please visit Fire Station 51.
District Office hours are:
Monday, 9:00 am to 5:00 PM
Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 PM
Fire Department Station 51 Office Hours are:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 PM
Both offices are closed on weekends and all major holidays
