Public Records Act Information Requests
The Running Springs Water District is expanding its efforts to provide information to customers and the public regarding District activities, plans, policies, and actions. Accordingly, key information is being made available on the District's website. Documents and records not appearing on the website documents can be accessed at the District office. This includes copies of District planning documents, the District Budget, financial audits, as well as District resolutions, ordinances and policy documents and any other public record pursuant to the California Public Records Act, Government Code sections 6250-6268.
Should you desire to review District documents and records, please contact the District office so we can assist you with your public information request. The District will provide you with requested information in as timely a manner as possible, in accordance with the California Public Records Act. Note that a fee may be charged for making paper copies of documents.
